Deniz Dokur Agas, the founder of Vesta Visa, was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1973. She completed her graduate and post-graduate studies in Istanbul. 

After moving to Canada, she decided to study Immigration Consultation with the purpose of helping others to immigrate to Canada just like she did a while ago. She finished Academy of Learning College, Immigration Consultant Program with Honours Degree and is a good-standing member of ICCRC.
